Capped Bust Reeded Edge Half Dollar, 1836-1839

1836-1839 Capped Bust reed Edge Half Dollar was design by nChristian Gobrecht, was slightly restyled and with smaller diameter. The reverse has two variations, the 1836-1837 type with 50 CENTS and 1838-1839 with HALF DOL. New Orleans Mint include 1838-O and 1839-O.
Weigh132.36 g with composition of 0.900 Silver and 0.100 Copper, has diameter of 30 mm.
